I did not learn about real estate exclusively from books. I learned by investing, experiencing loss, rebuilding and putting a property to work when it mattered most.
My journey began in 2005 during South Florida’s real estate boom, with exposure to luxury residential projects in Miami and Sunny Isles Beach, including St. Tropez. Then the 2008 financial crisis changed everything and taught me that purchasing a property alone does not guarantee success.
Beginning with that crisis, I also faced a long battle to protect my own home. After years of seeking professional guidance, I committed myself to studying, researching and understanding the financial and legal processes surrounding property ownership. Through perseverance, education and a rental strategy that allowed the asset to produce income, I was ultimately able to preserve my home.
That experience became my real-world university. It is why Ospino Properties begins with honest analysis, responsible strategy and respect for what a property represents to the family or investor behind it.
